You Are Not Alone
This is a safe space for women who are surviving or have survived abuse. Whether you’re still planning your exit, navigating the legal system, healing from trauma, or reclaiming your life—this community is here for you. Although I am based in Ontario, Canada and legal aspects may be different abuse is the same no matter where you are.
Support. Strength. Sisterhood.
From legal guidance and safety planning to emotional healing and financial independence, you’ll find resources, real stories, and the reassurance that you are not walking this path alone.

📖 About & Community Section

About Us
This platform was created by a survivor, for survivors. After escaping a long-term abusive relationship and navigating the broken systems of family court, police, and child protection, I realized how isolating and overwhelming this journey can be. I built this site to offer what I needed most: honest information, emotional support, and connection with others who truly understand.

My mission is simple—to empower women through education, community, and validation. I am not a therapist or lawyer, but I am a real woman who have lived it and is still fighting to make it out the other side.

Community
This is more than just a website—it’s a lifeline. Here, you’ll find:

  • Resources on legal rights, safety planning, and financial aid in (Ontario) Canada
  • Stories from other survivors, showing you’re not alone in your experiences
  • Guides and articles on healing, boundaries, co-parenting with an abuser, and rebuilding your life
  • Supportive spaces to connect, vent, ask questions, and share wins (big and small)
  • Hope—because healing is possible

This is your space. Your story matters. You matter.
We got this!
