My Healing Poetry

Some poems from my own writing:

These are the words I couldn’t speak when I was silenced.
These are the screams I swallowed, the tears I hid, the truths I buried just to survive.

Each poem in this collection is a piece of my healing—
written in the aftermath of trauma,
stitched from memory, rage, sorrow, and resilience.

They are not polished, but they are real.
They do not beg for pity—they rise with defiance.
They are not written for him.
They are written for me,
and for every woman who has ever whispered, “I can’t do this anymore,”
and then did it anyway.

This is my voice. This is my freedom. This is my healing.
And if you find yourself in these lines, know this—
You are not alone. And you are not broken.

Welcome to my heart, in verses.
